\u00a0 i&#8217;ve been waiting and training for a day like this. \u00a0 to foil overhead Bowls when it&#8217;s barreling and steep was my goal when i first started foiling. \u00a0so when i saw that big set coming in, i turned around, paddled my hardest, and somehow got my 4&#8217;8 board on that wave. \u00a0i was flying down right as the wave was barreling thick right behind me. \u00a0i could feel the energy, i could feel the power, and i could feel the danger. \u00a0somehow i made it without getting hurt or hurting anybody. \u00a0i haven&#8217;t had that kind of excitement for a very long time. \u00a0i seriously felt like i took off on a 15&#8242; set at Pipeline! \u00a0haha&#8230; \u00a0can&#8217;t wait to go bigger!!!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-100199\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-22-at-3.56.00-PM-1-663x795.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"795\" \/>\u00a0i was wondering how my face looked like catching that barrel at Bowls. \u00a0it must have looked something like Mateus&#8217;s. \u00a0haha&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-100192\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/IMG_2834.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>\u00a0i&#8217;m finally taking a couple days off to reconnect with family, friends, and nature. \u00a0so by this afternoon, i&#8217;ll be playing with the horses and barbecuing some grass fed beef on a BBQ right on the beach!
