\"\"\u00a0everything i do, there is a reason for it. \u00a0when i get out of the water, i always wrap the leash around the fin and under the leash like this so it won’t fall off onto the sand or out of my truck. \u00a0i teach every student how to do it. \u00a0 it’s like tying your shoe the right way. \u00a0very simple, and makes sense right?<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0so yesterday as i was driving home, people in other cars were honking their horns at me trying to tell me something. \u00a0i couldn’t figure it out until i got home and saw this. \u00a0OMG! \u00a0somebody is in big trouble!!! \u00a0 i mean, Nao-san, you’re in big trouble! \u00a0if the car behind me ran over my leash, what do you think would happen? \u00a0yeah, my magic longboard will be straight in their windshield. \u00a0then you would be in bigger trouble. \u00a0haha…\"\"\u00a0good to see Toda-san and Takami-san looking so healthy and happy. \u00a0hey Toda-san, did you lose weight? \u00a0you look sharp!!! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0and good job practicing on the foil. \u00a0looking forward to foiling with you in July. \u00a0can’t wait! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0i tell everybody when i say go, you go! \u00a0i’m always looking behind and accessing the situation. \u00a0that girl in the back is a really good surfer, but when i seen the beginner in the red jersey drop in on her, i knew he was only going straight. \u00a0so that’s when i told Dr. Ryu-san to go! \u00a0no wave goes to waste when you’re surfing with me.\"\"\u00a0i told Dr. Ryu-san to paddle out before me. \u00a0then i pulled up with my foil. \u00a0he didn’t know i was right there to get these photos of him. \u00a0surprise!!! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0and yes, i trust him so much that i’m not afraid to foil 3′ in front of him. \u00a0this is the only way to get a photo like this. \u00a0so happy to succeed!\u00a0\"\"\u00a0Dr. Ryu-san told me he’s never seen me so happy riding a wave until now. \u00a0i didn’t realize it but it’s true. \u00a0i just feel like a free bird when i foil. \u00a0i can ride to different areas and fly across the ocean with my wings spread so wide. \u00a0i can’t wait to teach him how to foil! \u00a0\"\"2 happy men after a very happy surf session. \u00a0Happy Easter everyone!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
