\u00a0not too many 5 star hotels that will let you sit in their cafe with shorts and barefoot. \u00a0haha&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101948\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-4.57.27-PM-663x385.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"385\" \/>\u00a0loading up the boat and loading up the boys! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101945\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-4.58.01-PM-663x419.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"419\" \/>\u00a0Matt started foiling after we did so he&#8217;s still in the &#8220;totally stoked&#8221; stage. \u00a0it&#8217;s pretty funny watching him being so excited!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101947\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-4.59.23-PM-663x408.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"408\" \/>\u00a0in Bali, you can ride pretty much anything, and in this case, pretty much nothing. \u00a0all you need is a good foil and happy legs&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101946\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-5.05.54-PM-663x410.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"410\" \/>\u00a0this is the first day i met Jonny. \u00a0super cool Australian who moved to Bali and started up the biggest surf school business around. \u00a0now he&#8217;s a foiler so we&#8217;re instant friends&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101950\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-5.08.13-PM-663x405.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"405\" \/>\u00a0towards the end of our session, i told the boat man &#8220;hey, you want to try?&#8221; \u00a0he said &#8220;yeah!!!&#8221; \u00a0then jumped off the boat and said &#8220;tow me in!&#8221; \u00a0he didn&#8217;t know me, and he didn&#8217;t know if i could even drive the boat. \u00a0haha. \u00a0that&#8217;s how excited he was! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101949\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-5.09.38-PM-663x436.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"436\" \/>\u00a0i don&#8217;t hesitate at all to try all kinds of surf schools around the world. \u00a0the price doesn&#8217;t matter because i&#8217;m trying to learn how to better the job i do. \u00a0i&#8217;m watching everything that&#8217;s happening and i&#8217;m learning what&#8217;s right, and what&#8217;s not. \u00a0it&#8217;s all about service, experience, respect, and honesty. \u00a0 then i can come back to Hawaii and try to do a better job. \u00a0the things you learn by traveling is priceless&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101951\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DM0A5983-663x442.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"442\" \/>\u00a0then when you can come home with a super nice photo, it makes that memory a lot better. \u00a0my friend Jeff took this photo and gave it to me. \u00a0it made me happy and that&#8217;s why i make sure each surfer that comes to Hawaii goes back home with a good photo too! \u00a0 because as a photographer and surfer, memories are priceless&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101952\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_5230-663x884.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"884\" \/>so stoked to see foiling in Japan growing too!
