{"id":102031,"date":"2019-05-28T18:39:22","date_gmt":"2019-05-28T09:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=102031"},"modified":"2019-05-28T18:39:22","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T09:39:22","slug":"newborn-men-who-ride-mountains","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=102031","title":{"rendered":"Newborn Men who ride Mountains&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102038\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.06.03-PM-663x454.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"454\" \/>\u00a0today, the waves don&#8217;t get much bigger than this. \u00a0in fact, it was the biggest day of the year so far. \u00a0but for me, that doesn&#8217;t matter. \u00a0if i say go, we go! \u00a0the waves were so big that Oshima-san and i had to paddle through the Ala Wai Channel to get out. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102035\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.06.28-PM-663x377.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"377\" \/>\u00a0this is the easiest, but also the longest way to get out. \u00a0but days like this, all it takes is one wave to change your life&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102036\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.07.29-PM-663x394.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"394\" \/>\u00a0we stopped at the Big Bowl and watched the boys getting barreled. \u00a0this is the best seat you can find! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102040\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.09.39-PM-663x373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"373\" \/>\u00a0we finally get out, i tell Oshima-san to keep calm and when i say go, you better go. \u00a0i see the mountain coming, i&#8217;d say about double overhead coming for us. \u00a0i yell &#8220;GO!&#8221; \u00a0he turns around, paddles, and catches the wave of his life! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102042\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.09.55-PM-663x373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"373\" \/>\u00a0i&#8217;ve surfed with Oshima-san many times but today was the biggest by far. \u00a0and he caught the biggest wave of his life! \u00a0look at him go! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102039\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.09.04-PM-663x375.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"375\" \/>\u00a0after that, he wanted another one! \u00a0haha. \u00a0i know how happy Oshima-san was because i&#8217;ve been there before. \u00a0same thing, same feeling&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102032\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-28-at-12.10.17-PM-663x371.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"371\" \/>\u00a0welcome to the big wave surf club Oshima-san! \u00a0i knew you could do it! \u00a0and now that you rode mountains, everything else will be so easy for you&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102034\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_5389.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>\u00a0although it looked like a calm day, it was the total opposite when the sets came. \u00a0only the strong could make it out today. \u00a0everybody else must have went to work because there was nobody out. \u00a0haha.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-102037\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_5392.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>\u00a0was it really 38 C degrees today???
