the flight attendant asked me in the morning “wow, how do you sleep the whole flight like that???? \u00a0do you take sleeping pills???” \u00a0 i told her “i do this all the time so i just follow a simple routine. \u00a0and no, i don’t do drugs. \u00a0so i’ll be your best passenger today because you won’t hear a thing from me…”<\/p>\n
here is how i sleep the whole way on an airplane. \u00a0first, eat a nice dinner before you get on the flight. \u00a0that way, you’re stomach is happy and you don’t have to wait an hour before the food comes out after take off. \u00a0second, dress warm. \u00a0long pants, jacket, and most importantly, thick socks. \u00a0in my case, i wear 2 layers. \u00a0that way, you don’t need to keep a blanket over you the whole flight. \u00a0third, tell the flight attendant before take off, “i’m going to sleep the whole way so please don’t wake me up. \u00a0 thank you.” \u00a0that way, nobody taps your head trying to wake you up for dinner. \u00a0fourth, put on a face mask. \u00a0that way your throat won’t get dry when you’re snoring. \u00a0put in ear plugs. \u00a0that way you won’t hear babies crying. \u00a0put on a eye mask. \u00a0that way you won’t get blinded when somebody opens the shutter on the window. \u00a0and last, recline you seat and enjoy the ride!!!<\/p>\n
opps, i forgot. \u00a0make sure you use the toilet before you board the flight. \u00a0make sure you empty every single drop of pee. \u00a0that way, you can sleep the whole way through. \u00a0and opps again. \u00a0i forgot, DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL! \u00a0that way, you won’t have to pee, get dehydrated, and wake up with a hangover. \u00a0and opps opps, don’t watch a movie! \u00a0sleep the whole way to Hawaii and then you will have lots of energy on your first day! \u00a0be ready because when i say go, you “go!” \u00a0haha…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
