K-1 training!  i&#8217;ve been given the golden opportunity to train with master karate champion Ishii Kancho.  when you can learn from the best, your one step ahead of the rest.  after 1 session, my straight right can get to my target 3 seconds faster than it did a week ago.  my cardios are good, i just need some more lessons from the master Ishii Kancho and i&#8217;ll be a crazy guy to fight with.  haha.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_0123.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_0123.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10305\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nif i had the skills and cardios i have now when i was growing up, nobody would have bullied me.  instead of throwing things like rocks and knifes to defend myself, i would have used my fists.  it&#8217;s amazing what one punch to the right place can do.  it can bring down the biggest bullies out there.  right straight to the jaw and good night!<br \/>\noh, i felt 0.1% of Ishii Kancho&#8217;s power and it was freakin sore!!!!<br \/>\nthank you yuki-san and satoko for the photos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>what else have i been doing in bali besides surfing?
