\"\"\u00a0WOW!!!! \u00a0Nakahodo-san made a request to surf at one of the secret spots i took him before. \u00a0how did he know it was solid 6′ and only 4 guys out??? \u00a0good request man! \u00a0\u00a0\"\"\u00a0i short boarded and had a hard time paddling into the sets. \u00a0Nakahodo-san caught the sets with ease. \u00a0the right board for the right day! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0one huge set came in and broke on everybody. \u00a0this guys leash on his Costco board broke and he started panicking. \u00a0he was screaming “HELP!! \u00a0I’M GOING TO DROWN! \u00a0HELP!!!” \u00a0i paddled up to him and said “hey, calm down!” \u00a0he was panicking and freaking out saying that he was going to drown. \u00a0i said “hey, i won’t let you drown so just calm down. \u00a0just relax and i’ll guide you in.” \u00a0it’s this guys lucky day because there are no lifeguards, and this spot is infected with huge tiger sharks. \u00a0i hope i won’t be seeing him out there for a while. \u00a0his friend paddled out later and said “thank you dude. \u00a0it’s time for my friend to invest into another leash.” \u00a0i told him “no, it’s time for you friend to invest in a brain. \u00a0there is no way he should have been out here.” \u00a0\"\"\u00a0it’s kind of funny because Nakahodo-san saw the guy panicking and now understands why i always teach him not to panic. \u00a0 i told him “you panic, you die.” \u00a0 and if nobody was out this day, that guy would be dead for sure… \u00a0keep calm and you have a chance at least…\"\"\u00a0thank you Nakahodo-san for the fresh andagi from Okinawa! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0so moist and so tasty! \u00a0i felt like i was in Okinawa for a minute! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0then i got invited to the Red Sea House in Kaneohe for dinner. \u00a0i already knew i would gain 10lbs in 30 minutes. \u00a0this is just the appetizer table. \u00a0\"\"\u00a0fresh homemade ahi poke.\u00a0\"\"\u00a0fresh ono sashimi with spicy ahi poke. \u00a0\"\"\u00a0marinated aji with green peppers from Papa Crow’s garden. \u00a0\"\"when ever i come here, i feel like i’m coming home. \u00a0the Nakamoto Family is the perfect example of the perfect Japanese\/American family in Hawaii. \u00a0so kind, so warm, so inviting, and so loving. \u00a0thank you always for sharing the love. \u00a0the kind of love that makes me feel so good…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
