\"\"\u00a0i’ve been spending a lot of time in Chinatown. \u00a0mostly looking for cheap and good food because there are some hidden hole in the wall restaurants there. \u00a0and you won’t find tourist or tourist prices there either. \u00a0i wouldn’t go there if i was a tourist either because the chances of getting robbed are pretty high…\"\"\u00a0i had to get some work done on my little project so i found the cheapest seamstress on the island. \u00a0\"\"\u00a0and when you spend time looking for good food, you will be rewarded with good food! \u00a0 this meal was amazing! \u00a0\"\"\u00a0back to one of the most sacred mountains in the world, Mauna Kea. \u00a0it was Day 3 of protests and it’s very heartbreaking to watch this. \u00a0all the Hawaiian people want is to keep their sacred grounds sacred. \u00a0why is that so hard to understand? \u00a0if you support the TMT project, go put that in your own back yard. \u00a0it’s been so sad to see what Hawaii has become. \u00a0money has more power than the people. \u00a0 so sad…\"\"\u00a0and watching the Hawaiian police tearing was sad to see too. \u00a0these guys are family, these guys are relatives, and these guys are Hawaiians too. \u00a0of course they oppose the TMT project, but they also have to do their jobs so they can feed their families. \u00a0it’s not their fault at all..\"\"\u00a0and to see Molokai’s Walter Ritte on the island supporting the Hawaiians gives me chicken skin. \u00a0 if it wasn’t for this man, every island would already be a Waikiki…\"\"some of the Kupuna “Hawaiian Elders” that were arrested today were actually some of the same Hawaiians who saved Kaho\u02bbolawe. \u00a0so they know the significance of this issue. \u00a0i was heartbroken today because even though my family has been in Hawaii for 4 generations, it’s still the Hawaiian people’s land. \u00a0all the people who came later, including myself, should step back and really listen to them. \u00a0they have a very strong message and if you listen carefully, you will feel their pain. \u00a0and no, i’m not an activist or protester, i’m just a human being that traveled this world and learned that land shouldn’t be stolen like this. \u00a0i hope this gets resolved soon with the final outcome will be in the Hawaiian people’s favor…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
