i was never an activist, nor a protester. \u00a0i’m usually an observer. \u00a0and what i’ve observed all over the world in the last 30 years traveling is kind of sad. \u00a0i’ve seen it with my own eyes how money and greed has gotten the better of people and places. \u00a0i’ve seen islands destroyed, countries divided, natives getting kicked out, and locals getting overruled and treated like shit by governments and big corporations. \u00a0so when this TMT project is happening right in our beautiful Hawaii, i think it’s time to speak out. \u00a0it’s time to get together and stand our ground. \u00a0i’ve been seeing more and more people fed up and taking action into their own hands. \u00a0it seems to be the only way these days. \u00a0if the people don’t speak out, our sacred lands will be gone before you know it.<\/p>\n
the Mauna Kea protectors are rock solid. \u00a0they are protecting some of the most sacred \u00a0grounds in the world. \u00a0in the small picture, you might think they are only doing this for the Mauna, but in a bigger picture, they are actually doing this for our world. \u00a0they are doing this for everybody! \u00a0 they are letting the world know that it’s time to protect our sacred lands. \u00a0it’s time to put a stop to all the money and greed going around. \u00a0speak out, band together, and protect the sacred land. \u00a0i’m hoping the TMT project gets stopped, and i’m hoping other money making projects like this will get stopped elsewhere in the world. \u00a0it’s time to give the people back the power. \u00a0the Hawaiians and protectors up Mauna Kea are not protecting the mountain for money, they are protecting the money for the future generations. \u00a0and that’s something i can totally respect.<\/p>\n
