\"\"good to see Mickey Bruneau out there. \u00a0super cool guy i’ve known since he was 15 years old.<\/p>\n

\"\"seen Kahea Hart do a pretty nice off the lip. \u00a0this is how you want it to look like from the back.<\/p>\n

\"\"longboard chicks out enjoying the long walls.<\/p>\n

\"\"Makua Rothman snapping it back.<\/p>\n

\"\"than it was Seira-chan’s turn. \u00a0it was her first experience at real Bowls and it was really hard to catch a wave with all the aggressive guys out. \u00a0but she did good!<\/p>\n

\"\"if you watch how the Professionals surf Bowls, you will learn a lot. \u00a0watch where they catch the wave from, watch how the set up for their first bottom turn, and watch how they attack the sections. \u00a0it looks easy but it’s actually pretty hard…<\/p>\n

\"\"then interpret everything and repeat it. \u00a0Go-Seira-chan!<\/p>\n

\"\"i was riding behind just watching how beautiful this wave was. \u00a0it was a perfect wave at Bowls for a perfect turn.<\/p>\n

\"\"i wasn’t yelling anything from behind because everything was looking super good.<\/p>\n

\"\"this is where you have to make the spit second decision on where to hit the lip. \u00a0timing is everything.<\/p>\n

\"\"hit it now!!! \u00a0good job Seira-chan! \u00a0i know it was frustrating at times dealing with the crowd this morning. \u00a0please don’t get discouraged because i deal with that everyday. \u00a0haha. \u00a0just go out, keep calm, and Mother Nature will send waves to you. \u00a0and if that doesn’t happen, you can have all mine. \u00a0see you tomorrow morning for another aggressive session. \u00a0in the end, it will make you a stronger and better surfer…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
