\u00a0come to find out, my Triglycerides level were HIGH! \u00a0not a little high, but dangerously high. \u00a0supposed to be lower than 150mg\/dl but is at 484mg\/dl. \u00a0 i research it and the way to lower the level is to exercise more? \u00a0really? \u00a0 i was kind of surprised because i eat healthy and live healthy. \u00a0so why? \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-104526\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_8110-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>\u00a0then i thought about it. \u00a0i went to eat Maui Mike&#8217;s half chicken with fries at 11am. \u00a0then i had a large Coke to wash it all down. \u00a0i was so happy and full&#8230;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-104528\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_7124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"455\" \/>then at 1pm, i went to Surfers Coffee and drank a large Chai Tea that is the sweetest you&#8217;ve ever had. \u00a0i took my blood test at 3pm so i&#8217;m wondering if that was why it was so high?
