{"id":107982,"date":"2019-12-19T13:41:45","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T04:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=107982"},"modified":"2019-12-19T13:41:45","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T04:41:45","slug":"student-surfers-communication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=107982","title":{"rendered":"Student Surfers Communication\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107986\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_1425.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>these are my students. \u00a0all 3 come from different backgrounds and different worlds. \u00a0now, we all have the same thing in common, and we all live in the same world. \u00a0surf, laugh, and enjoy the Hawaiian lifestyle&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107994\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-12.58.44-PM-663x373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"373\" \/>Nakahodo-san&#8217;s loves the challenge. \u00a0after yesterdays calm session at Bowls, we went to the wild side of Diamond Head.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107990\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-12.55.09-PM-663x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"374\" \/>Naosan just goes with the flow. \u00a0long boarding yesterday, and short boarding today.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107992\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-12.57.20-PM-663x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"374\" \/>i was driving home last night and heard somebody yell my name. \u00a0it was dark so i couldn&#8217;t see anything, but i knew it was Maichan. \u00a0she wanted to join us this morning so why not. \u00a0this girl is super spontaneous&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107995\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-12.56.06-PM-1-663x377.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"377\" \/>there is a reason why i haven&#8217;t been foiling so much recently. \u00a0it&#8217;s because i went back to enjoying surfing and the feeling of connecting with the ocean. \u00a0of course i miss flying like a bird, but i miss this too. \u00a0 i feel like Seth Moniz. \u00a0haha&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107989\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-1.02.51-PM-663x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"374\" \/>we can all learn from each other. \u00a0and that&#8217;s why i love to connect the people in my beautiful world. \u00a0these are my students, and now we are all friends&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107984\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_1429-e1576729556217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>surfing good waves is great, but eating good food after surfing good waves is even greater. \u00a0we all shared stories on how we all met, and it was pretty funny&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107987\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_1430.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>you can&#8217;t find a better meal like this anywhere else in Chinatown&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107985\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_1431-e1576729540217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>then it was straight to dessert. \u00a0thank you guys for the amazing time!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107996\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-1.06.31-PM-1-663x374.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"374\" \/>then our day didn&#8217;t end. \u00a0we went to take another challenge. \u00a0it was beautiful, exciting, and refreshing. \u00a0i should go to bed because we&#8217;re going to watch the Pipe Masters tomorrow morning!
