{"id":107983,"date":"2019-12-20T05:15:27","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T20:15:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=107983"},"modified":"2019-12-20T05:15:27","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T20:15:27","slug":"know-your-limits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=107983","title":{"rendered":"Know Your Limits\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107999\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_1436.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>i really wanted to take Nakahodo-san and Nao-san out to Sandy Beach. \u00a0i knew it was going to be big and wild so we went to check it out anyway. \u00a0after observing the overhead sets and strong rip current, i decided it wouldn&#8217;t be a good idea. \u00a0i know we could survive it, but i didn&#8217;t want the lifeguards scolding me after. \u00a0haha&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-107998\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-1.05.17-PM-663x373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"373\" \/>so instead, i took them for something totally different. \u00a0we pull up to the edge of the cliff. \u00a0i tell Nakahodo-san to throw his surfboard in the ocean, and jump in. \u00a0he looked at me and thought i was joking. \u00a0then when he saw my facial expression, he knew i wasn&#8217;t joking.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-108001\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-19-at-1.05.37-PM-663x372.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"663\" height=\"372\" \/>so\u00a0he jumped in. \u00a0Nakahodo-san is a wonderful student because when i say jump, he jumps!
