{"id":109198,"date":"2020-02-08T11:32:58","date_gmt":"2020-02-08T02:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=109198"},"modified":"2020-02-08T11:32:58","modified_gmt":"2020-02-08T02:32:58","slug":"raise-your-lips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=109198","title":{"rendered":"Raise your Lips!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109199\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_2658.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>it&#8217;s been 2 days since i started something totally different. \u00a0so far, so good! \u00a0i&#8217;ll let you know the results because it&#8217;s supposed to take months. \u00a0but i can feel it in just 2 days! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-109200\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_2659.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>got up at 4am, did my morning routine, then waxed up my new board. \u00a0can&#8217;t wait to try this one! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-109201\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_2661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>pulled up to Diamond Head and it wasn&#8217;t a surfing day, it was a foiling day! \u00a0so i grabbed my foil and went flying. \u00a0it&#8217;s unbelievable how many people out there must hate me. \u00a0because it seemed like i was the only one having fun. \u00a0haha&#8230;\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-109202\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_2662.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>i had this Nixon watch for 5 years and the reason i liked it so much is because of the sunrise and sunset time feature. \u00a0but ever since 2020 started, the feature doesn&#8217;t work anymore? \u00a0what happened??? \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-109203\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG_2663.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>right after foiling, i went straight to yoga again. \u00a0this mornings teacher is another surfer but much different than the last one. \u00a0much more spiritual and much more calm. \u00a0while everybody was trying to hold a difficult pose, she said to relax your face and raise up the sides of your lips. \u00a0in other words, SMILE! \u00a0i&#8217;m going to use that one with my students. \u00a0so instead of yelling &#8220;SMILE, SMILE, SMILE&#8221; all the time, i just say very calmly &#8220;please raise up both sides of your lips.&#8221; \u00a0hopefully that will work. \u00a0haha&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>it&#8217;s been 2 days since i started something totally different. \u00a0so far, so good! \u00a0i&#8217;ll let you know the results because it&#8217;s supposed to take months. \u00a0but i can feel it in just 2 days! \u00a0got up at 4am, did my morning routine, then waxed up my new board. \u00a0can&#8217;t wait to try this one!
