\"\"look at Bowls and Rockpiles! \u00a0very crowded but a nice vibe. \u00a0everybody seems to be calm for now. \u00a0BUT, when i went out to Bowls the other day, one of the guys was complaining about everything. \u00a0complaining about President Trump, Governor Ige, Mayor Caldwell, and other politicians i haven’t even heard of. \u00a0he was saying the coronavirus is a conspiracy, he was saying the government made it on purpose, he was saying that corporate companies were behind it. \u00a0he was talking so loud and being so negative. \u00a0then he went on and said “i don’t even watch the news anymore, everything is so negative! \u00a0ever since i stopped watching the news, my life is way better.” \u00a0ummmm… \u00a0then i thought to myself “this guys is a freaking hypocrite. \u00a0this guy is talking bad about America. \u00a0this guy is so negative. \u00a0this guy is irritating me as well as many others.” \u00a0then when i didn’t want to hear anymore of his stuff, i was about to tell him “hey, shut up! \u00a0if you don’t like the way our government is handling the situation, leave the country and don’t come back. \u00a0and when you leave, give us back the $1,200 stimulus check you just got!”<\/p>\n

BUT, like Inaida-san taught me, “Silence is Golden…”<\/p>\n

so hey, i totally understand if you’re stressing out now. \u00a0i totally understand if you’re frustrated. \u00a0you’re not alone. \u00a0but hey, the ocean is where us surfers go for peace. \u00a0it’s where us surfers go to get away from all the negativity. \u00a0so it’s not the place to bring that kind of energy. \u00a0plain and simple…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
