{"id":115484,"date":"2008-10-13T15:48:36","date_gmt":"2008-10-13T06:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori3.sakura.ne.jp\/kirbyfukunaga\/2008\/10\/13\/fun-surffish-sunday\/"},"modified":"2008-10-13T15:48:36","modified_gmt":"2008-10-13T06:48:36","slug":"fun-surffish-sunday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=115484","title":{"rendered":"Fun Surf\/Fish Sunday&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>good evening.  had a pretty fun day today.  started off checking out the hawaii fishing and seafood festival.  gosh, the place was packed.  i went there only an hour after it opened and the parking lot was full.  luckily the parking lot aunty let me in&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"files\/20081013102614.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/20081013102614.jpeg\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nthere were so many booths set up.  every company that has to do with fishing in hawaii was there.  they even let people go on the coast guard boats, and the tuna boats.  it was pretty cool&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"files\/Image005-1.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/Image005-1.jpeg\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nof course i had to stop by the hawaii skin diver booth.  and it was the most happening booth of the whole festival.  why?<br \/>\n<a href=\"files\/Image010.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/Image010.jpeg\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nbecause merlinda garma was there.  haha&#8230;  yes, i got her autograph and her phone number.. haha. just joking&#8230;.<br \/>\n<a href=\"files\/20081013103250.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/20081013103250.jpeg\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nthen they let people in the auction to check out the fish.  gosh, it was cold in there&#8230; [:???:][:???:]<br \/>\n<a href=\"files\/20081013103345.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/20081013103345.jpeg\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nthen i headed to the north shore to watch my nephews surf their heat.  seth and josh in the same heat and same division.   oh man, i&#8217;m glad i got to see their heat.  the waves were solid 4&#8242; and super good.  josh got 1st, and seth got 2nd, both advancing.  i was really impressed with josh&#8217;s surfing today.  he was surfing with so much power that it made the other kids look like babies&#8230;
