i walked down the Cliff again in the dark, sat on the beach and watched the stars. \u00a0then the sun started rising right behind Molokai. \u00a0it was so beautiful!<\/p>\n

when i paddled out, i was expecting hundreds of surfers coming out throughout the morning. \u00a0surprisingly, it was pretty empty today? \u00a0when i came in, the lineup looked uncrowded, and there were still lots of parking. \u00a0where was everybody? \u00a0the waves were epic!<\/p>\n

there is a surfer girl that always catches the best waves in the morning. \u00a0it’s like every time i go out there, she’s on the best waves of the day.<\/p>\n

and i’m in the inside on my foil waiting for her to fall so i can get the leftovers. \u00a0but she never ever falls! \u00a0i think she’s from Japan. \u00a0next time i surf Cliffs, i’m going to sit right next to her. \u00a0haha…<\/p>\n

glad to see snow back on Mt. Fuji! \u00a0thank you Takami-san for making me feel better.<\/p>\n

and look at Azumi-san go! \u00a0omg, the waves in Ishinomaki look amazing to foil. \u00a0i wish i could go there. \u00a0but i’m not sure if i can go in the freezing water with boots, gloves, and a head cap. \u00a0i get cold thinking about it. \u00a0hope to fly with you someday Azumi-san!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
