at 4am. \u00a0but now, i wake up at 3am no matter what. \u00a0i don&#8217;t even need an alarm because i&#8217;m too excited for the day to start. \u00a0i&#8217;m living a grandpa kind of lifestyle. Anthem would play on tv. \u00a0that usually meant that tv was finished for the night so you&#8217;re talking 3 or 4am. \u00a0now i&#8217;m up before the National Anthem plays so it&#8217;s pretty funny watching it every morning now. \u00a0instead of being drunk or tired, now i&#8217;m alert and fired up for the day to start. \u00a0this lifestyle is much more healthier and
