this should have been an interference. \u00a0if you block a surfer from catching a wave, it should be an interference. \u00a0but since it’s the World Champ, sometimes rules are different. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

Gabriel ended up getting sucked over the falls on that wave. \u00a0and from that time on, i could tell he was rattled. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

and when you break someones confidence, you break their game plan. \u00a0who looks like the confident one here? \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

Seth didn’t surf a perfect heat, but he did enough to get the win. \u00a0the biggest win in his life by far! \u00a0Gabriel is out of the contest and Seth is moving on to the quarterfinals! \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

i think Gabriel is one of the most fierce competitors in the world. \u00a0he’s going to take this loss and become stronger from it. \u00a0 that’s a scary thought. \u00a0but until then, Seth just stole all his confidence and i hope he takes it all the way to the finals!<\/p>\n
