{"id":121974,"date":"2022-05-07T05:22:01","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T20:22:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=121974"},"modified":"2022-05-06T15:39:14","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T06:39:14","slug":"chicken-skin-traveling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=121974","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Skin Traveling"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98248\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screen-Shot-2022-05-06-at-12.02.51-AM-800x410.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"410\" \/><\/p>\n<p>when ever we get these rare huge South swells, the winds get weird. \u00a0but this time, the wind was perfect so everywhere was off shore and good. \u00a0we had 3 extra large days and who knows when the next huge 3 day epic swell like this will happen, or if it will ever happen again. \u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98249\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_4376-800x431.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p>yesterday was Day 3 and the conditions just got better and better. \u00a0it was hard for me to go in but my body was telling me it had enough beatings. \u00a0thankfully my friend invited me to his house after for a sauna\/ice bath\/sauna\/ice bath session. \u00a0it was my first time doing that and my body felt 10 years younger. \u00a0now i want to surf more!!! \u00a0thankfully tomorrow should be super good too! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98250\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/t9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"793\" height=\"536\" \/><\/p>\n<p>i use to travel the world with John Callahan exploring places where nobody has ever explored. \u00a0sometimes we found waves, and sometimes we didn&#8217;t. \u00a0but i remember the whole experience was so surreal. \u00a0we would pull up to little remote villages and the kids would run to us and start jumping and screaming. they were so exited to see foreigners. \u00a0we would give away candy, stickers, and our clothes. \u00a0then sometimes, we would sail silently between islands like this and listen to the birds, monkeys, elephants, and tigers. \u00a0that&#8217;s when i use to get chicken skin because it was so peaceful, and yet so terrifying. \u00a0terrifying because we use to sail through danger zones for terrorists and pirates that kidnapped foreigners like us. \u00a0yes, i use to sleep with my mask, snorkel, and passport because if something happened, i was going to jump overboard and try to survive. \u00a0i&#8217;m not joking&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>when ever we get these rare huge South swells, the winds get weird. \u00a0but this time, the wind was perfect so everywhere was off shore and good. \u00a0we had 3 extra large days and who knows when the next huge 3 day epic swell like this will happen, or if it will ever happen again.
