{"id":122025,"date":"2022-05-14T05:02:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-13T20:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=122025"},"modified":"2022-05-13T14:35:59","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T05:35:59","slug":"fort-ruger-market-diamond-head","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=122025","title":{"rendered":"Fort Ruger Market @ Diamond Head"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98399\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_4533-800x462.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"462\" \/><\/p>\n<p>as flat and as calm Bowls can be, right around the corner on the same day, it could be the total opposite. \u00a0Bowls was flat, but here were 10&#8242; swells breaking in the 500&#8242; deep blue ocean. \u00a0the wind was pushing 30mph creating these giant open ocean wind swells. \u00a0and the current was pulling the opposite way of the wind so the ocean was like a washing machine. \u00a0 i haven&#8217;t been into the wild sea like that in a long time. \u00a0it was pretty exciting&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98398\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_4532-800x472.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"472\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and when you fall, don&#8217;t look down because all you will see is a dark deep blue color where giant predators hunt for turtles and seals. \u00a0and that&#8217;s exactly what we look like floating around out there. \u00a0i don&#8217;t wear a leash so sometimes the wind and swell is blowing your board forward as the current is pulling you back. \u00a0your board can be right in front of you but will take a minute to get to. \u00a0all that time knowing what can come from underneath you. \u00a0haha&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-98397\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_4531-800x439.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"439\" \/><\/p>\n<p>but when you&#8217;re riding the swells connecting one to another, all you feel is the highest level of freedom of your life. \u00a0screaming the whole way enjoying the ride. \u00a0see that white water?
