as we were paddling out this morning, i was thinking “my eyesight must be getting better because i can see so many things i couldn’t see before.” \u00a0i actually saw a turtle in the dark this morning. \u00a0or maybe it was something else? \u00a0haha…\"\"<\/p>\n

even if you can’t see the wave, you can hear it breaking. \u00a0the only thing is sometimes you can’t\u00a0hear it until it smashes you on the head. \u00a0haha.\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

i try to instill confidence into everyone i teach. \u00a0this is confidence and confidence is cool…\"\"<\/p>\n

Malcom always gets the best waves. \u00a0lucky guy!\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

when you see the Queen of Bowls paddle for a wave, don’t even try to paddle for it. \u00a0that’s the rule! \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

this afternoon was super good too! \u00a0more wind, hotter than ever, but perfect rides. \u00a0Daisuke-san looking so cool…\"\"<\/p>\n
