i was in the Bowls parking lot early morning when this stranger walked up to me in the dark and said “hey, you Kirby?” \u00a0i said yes. \u00a0he said “omg, brah, your remember me? \u00a0you was in my class at Haleiwa Elementary.” \u00a0i told him “i don’t remember anything when i was that age. \u00a0it was such a bad time in my life that i totally blocked everything out.” \u00a0then he said “brah, you and me use to get into trouble all the time, then the teacher use to send us to the Principals office, then your dad Jose Angel use to beat us up.” \u00a0it was then i remembered everything. \u00a0yes, i remember being a very bad kid that i use to get sent to the Principals office all the time with another kid. \u00a0that must have been him. \u00a0my Step Father was the principal so he use to pull down our pants, bend us over his knee, and spank us in the ass with this BIG paddle! \u00a0i clearly remember it had holes in it. \u00a0then i use to go home and get more spankings. \u00a0this guys name is Kepa and he still lives in Haleiwa. \u00a0i have absolutely no idea how he remembered me??? \u00a0that was 2nd grade Elementary so we were 7 years old. \u00a0how can you remember a guy that you last saw 48 years ago??? \u00a0crazy! \u00a0anyway, Kepa sure has a good memory. \u00a0after all these years, i still wonder if all those spankings really worked or not? \u00a0i use to get hit so hard that it didn’t hurt anymore. \u00a0maybe that’s why i’m still numb to pain…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
