{"id":123029,"date":"2022-09-15T14:12:29","date_gmt":"2022-09-15T05:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=123029"},"modified":"2022-09-15T14:12:29","modified_gmt":"2022-09-15T05:12:29","slug":"accident-waiting-to-happen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=123029","title":{"rendered":"Accident Waiting to Happen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101292\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_8058-800x424.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p>i see this Chinese tourist on the beach. \u00a0i already knew it&#8217;s probably his first time by the way he was carrying his surfboard. \u00a0and also by the way he was dressed. \u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101293\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_8060-800x478.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p>so as he paddled out, i followed him and watched closely. \u00a0i knew this was an accident waiting to happen. \u00a0he could barely paddle the board but since his wife was taking photos and watching him paddle out, there was no turning back. \u00a0luckily the wind was blowing strong off shore so that&#8217;s the only reason he got out to the lineup. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101291\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_8062-800x419.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then he&#8217;s on the outside and had no clue how big the waves were. \u00a0he was loosing his breath, he was breathing hard, and he could barely keep his head above the water. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101290\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_8064-800x474.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"474\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then i see a wave crush him and topple him over. \u00a0he was in panic mode and the only thing that saved him from drowning was his life jacket. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101294\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_8065-800x463.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"463\" \/><\/p>\n<p>it was enough watching him suffer so i asked him &#8220;are you ok?&#8221;
