as the airplane approached Japan, i was mesmerized by the view. \u00a0i could see the whole coast of Shonan, Enoshima Island, and Mt. Fuji! \u00a0i chose to sit on the left side of the airplane for this very reason. \u00a0and it’s not to often it’s this clear! \u00a0i felt like i could see my friends houses all over Japan from the airplane!<\/p>\n

i’m thinking of my Grandparents. \u00a0so happy they got to climb Mt. Fuji, but so sad that they’re not here anymore.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

i left Hawaii on Oct. 10th and Japan opened on Oct. 11th. \u00a0factor in the time difference and i made it right on time! \u00a0 \u00a0i haven’t been this excited to come to Japan since the first time i came here 32 years ago.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

now the fun part of getting around. \u00a0the train system is the fastest. \u00a0zero traffic.<\/p>\n

i didn’t realize how hard it was to carry a board bag around with you everywhere you go. \u00a0and mine is very heavy because have my foil in there.<\/p>\n

i went to take a 45 minute walk around before going to sleep. \u00a0i feel like a tourist again. \u00a0everything seems new. \u00a0and everything is so cheap because of the strong dollar. \u00a0nows the time to travel everyone!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
