After my morning surf, I turned on the TV to watch the Pipeline Masters. \u00a0The waves were really big and tricky so if you were connected to the ocean, you will succeed. \u00a0The last heat of the day was exciting. \u00a0Kaulana Apo needed a combination of 2 waves to make the Top 4 to advance to the finals. \u00a0And the kid did it! \u00a0\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

I was watching him getting the best waves of the day and making it look so easy! \u00a0I was screaming!!! \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

So calm and so confident. \u00a0Nobody in the world knows who Kaulana Apo was but now they do. \u00a0Kaulana is the sweetest and kindest kid you will ever meet. \u00a0I’m so happy for him and I’m sure all the Hawaiian’s are too.\"\"<\/p>\n

OMG, and Carissa Moore got the best Backdoor wave of the day. \u00a0Even better than the men! \u00a0She made history because there is no other woman in the world that got a perfect barrel at Backdoor like that ever before. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

And even she knew it. \u00a0I hope she wins the Women’s Pipeline Masters finals tomorrow! \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

So of the 40 surfers, only the Top 4 will surf in the finals tomorrow. \u00a0The winner will win $100,000 and be labeled a Pipeline Master. \u00a0The waves will get smaller so that means Backdoor will be epic. \u00a0Kaulana is the underdog going into tomorrow but I’m cheering 100% for him! \u00a0Don’t miss it…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
