Waves were fun this morning. \u00a0Calm conditions and just a normal day at Bowls. \u00a0Then we saw water splashing and fish jumping. \u00a0I swim to check it out and it was a big GT hunting! \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

See that little stick fish on the surface? \u00a0That’s what this giant fish was trying to eat. \u00a0He didn’t care we were there. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

As it got closer, I could see how big it was. \u00a0I’m guessing 70lbs. and a lot of meat. \u00a0I’m glad I got this photos because this is how GT’s approach you when you’re diving. \u00a0Imagine seeing a big aggressive fish like this swimming directly to you. \u00a0 Sometimes it’s a fish, and sometimes it’s a shark. \u00a0 \u00a0It’s not easy keeping calm but we’re in their world.<\/p>\n

When small fish are in danger, they look for things to cling on. \u00a0They feel safer near bigger objects so I don’t blame this little guy to take cover near us. \u00a0Thank goodness a shark wasn’t chasing this. \u00a0Haha.\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

This was the highlight for the day. \u00a0I just love how unpredictable the ocean can be. \u00a0It was a beautiful thing to see. \u00a0Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
