We’ve been working on board selection. \u00a0Each board is custom made for different conditions. \u00a0So choosing the right board for the right day is very important.<\/p>\n

This morning she chose the 6’2 because the waves were smooth, clean, and pretty easy. \u00a0Right choice.<\/p>\n

Round 2 was at Diamond Head. \u00a0Much bigger and a lot more wild. \u00a0So she chose the 6’4 which makes it easier to catch waves, and also much more stable. \u00a0 Right choice.<\/p>\n

This was her best performance at Diamond Head. \u00a0Paddled out to the right place, caught a lot of waves, and rode them perfectly. \u00a0One of my friends asked me how this girl got good so fast. \u00a0I told him “lots of practice in different types of waves with different types of surfboards. \u00a0And also, making the right choice.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
