It takes some time and patience to figure out free diving. \u00a0It’s something you can’t just master in days. \u00a0It took me about 5 years to dive just 15′ deep. \u00a0The pressure of the mask squeezing your face, your ears feeling like it’s going to explode, and the fear of sharks is terrifying. \u00a0Yes, it’s a very uncomfortable place to be if you’re not use to it. \u00a0So as I teach others how to free dive, I simply tell them to relax, be calm, and let the process flow. \u00a0It’s going to come and when it does, you’re going to be amazed. ![\"\"](\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/GPTempDownload-13-1-800x450.jpg\")

The first time someone threw a tako on me in the ocean freaked me out. \u00a0BUT, it made me realize that I have to remain calm until the tako decides to let go. \u00a0So throwing a tako on people for the first time is always fun. \u00a0You should have heard this girl screaming underwater. \u00a0The lesson here is that panicking gets you nowhere.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
