magic hands in maldives.
\nmati is from hawaii kai and is one of the top masseuses in hawaii. how
\ndo i know? well, first of all, she’s completed a few Ironmen
\ncompetitions so she knows what muscles needs to be worked on, and
\nsecond, she works on a few friend athletes from japan and hawaii that
\nonly use the best. she has some magic hands that has been fixing up my
\nbody that i’ve been beating up over all these years. for 2 weeks
\nstraight, i’ll be getting a massage everyday right here in paradise.
\nwe traveled here together from hawaii and all we talk about is how lucky
\nwe are. to be on the other side of the world doing what you love to
\ndo. for mati, it’s massages and training. for me, it’s diving and
\nsurfing. watching her going to japan and here for the first time is
\nreally funny for me. why? because it reminds me of the first time i
\nwent to japan and the maldives. everything was “OH MY GOSH!!!” japan
\nwas 21 years ago, maldives was 6, but everything feels so new and
\nfresh. not too many people from hawaii get to experience what we are
\nand because of that, we’re loving every minute, every breath, and every
\nday. the only bummer thing is that we will both be sad when this is all
\nover. but then again, there’s always next year? haha.<\/p>\n
