Wow, I wasn’t expecting the waves to be this good early this morning. \u00a0Just a few locals out and everybody sharing waves. \u00a0If you got a wave like this, you were lucky, and happy…<\/p>\n

A beautiful winter morning with the sun rising. \u00a0There is no other place I’d rather be.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The perfect longboard wave. \u00a035 second rides all the way to the wall.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Bob on a nice right.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Our family has a really special place in our hearts for Mt. Fuji. \u00a0The photos on my grandparents wall, the hiking sticks, and the stories we heard over and over. \u00a0So for part of our trip, I made sure we were right in front of it for a few days. \u00a0Waking up with this view, eating on the kitchen table looking out the window, and nights in this warm jacuzzi. \u00a0And since my sister and brother was there, it was even more special.<\/p>\n

I ventured out at 3am up to the rooftop and this is what I saw. \u00a0The perfect mountain with the perfect white cap.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The full moon was out so this is what it looked like in the dark. \u00a0It was freezing cold but well worth the view. \u00a0I want to thank my grandparent again for making us fall in love with the magical Mt. Fuji. \u00a0And I want to thank Mother Nature for putting this perfect white snow cap on the mountain just one week before we arrived.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
