Gosh, I finally get a good enough wifi signal to upload a blog. \u00a0It seems like I left Hawaii months ago. \u00a0Time surely goes very slow in countries like this. \u00a0I was really excited to jump on an airplane and just have some relaxing time. \u00a0BUT, since I booked my ticket last minute, I had to sit in the middle of 2 people. \u00a0And once the door of the airplane closes, I get a text from United saying that our flight is delayed so we won’t be making the connecting flight at Guam. \u00a0OMG! \u00a0![\"\"](\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_3871-scaled.jpeg\")

We arrive at Guam after the connecting flight was supposed to leave. \u00a0OMG, I was stressed out because I didn’t want to spend a day in Guam. \u00a0So I started running to the next gate because I didn’t want to get left behind. \u00a0They ended up holding that airplane back an hour just for some of us connecting passengers. \u00a0When I walked on the airplane, I got stink eye from everyone because they knew they waited for us. \u00a0Thank goodness! \u00a0![\"\"](\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_3873.jpeg\")

It took 2 days for me to get to Cebu after another layover in Manila. \u00a0So after 3 airplanes and 2 days, I was almost to my final destination. \u00a0\u00a0![\"\"](\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG_3875-scaled.jpeg\")

I was so happy to arrive in the Philippines! \u00a0When I check into my hotel, the staff told me that there was a typhoon coming so it was going to storm the whole week. \u00a0Wow, great news. \u00a0Haha.<\/p>\n
