I drove out to the North shore early this morning. \u00a0I wanted to surf alone so I went to check this secret spot. \u00a0The waves were going off! \u00a0Nobody out. \u00a0Overhead and strong powerful rights. \u00a0It’s a very far paddle out. \u00a0The water was still dirty because of all the rain. \u00a0This place is infested with sharks when the water is clean so going out there when it’s dirty is very risky. \u00a0I had one of the best sessions I had in a while.<\/p>\n

I was sitting on the beach watching wave after wave being unridden. \u00a0I paddle out and have the whole ocean to myself. \u00a0I was having fun but to be honest, I couldn’t stop thinking about the big sharks out there. \u00a030 minutes later, Ross Williams paddles out. \u00a0I told him how happy I was to see him. \u00a0I wanted to give him a big hug. \u00a0Haha. \u00a0He also knows about the big sharks out there so I’m sure he was happy to see me too. \u00a0We talk about surfing, coaching, surfboards, fins, and life. \u00a0We ended up surfing for 2 hours trading waves and had a great time. \u00a0The drive home was a happy one.<\/p>\n

My late Grandma Fukunaga gave my sister some dolls she collected throughout her life. \u00a0My sister kept them and now she is passing it down to her grandchildren. \u00a0When I saw it, so many memories of my grandma came back. \u00a0She was the coolest grandma ever!<\/p>\n
