Imagine pulling up to the beach early in the morning and seeing this? \u00a0It’s showing you the kind of day it will be.<\/p>\n

The waves were head high and good this morning. \u00a0 The rain water at the Ala Wai canal is still draining into the ocean so there has been a weird current. \u00a0A current that goes up the wave making it hard to take off. \u00a0It reminds me of the currents at the river mouths in Japan.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

So happy to see Larry getting barreled. \u00a0When he took off on this wave, I was yelling “pull inside!!!” \u00a0He was yelling “ok!!!” right as I got this shot.<\/p>\n

Our family had a picnic to celebrate 6 generations of Fukunaga’s. \u00a0My great grandparents came to Hawaii back in the 1860’s. \u00a0I’m the 4th generation so if you include my nephews and grand nephews, there was a total of 6 generations here at this picnic. \u00a0My great grandparents worked very hard to build this legacy we are all living in now. \u00a0We are always so grateful of that. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

I’ve been working on Mayuki everyday for the past week. \u00a0I usually get things done in 3 days but since I’m parking it at my sisters house, I’m taking my time. \u00a0There is no rush because I enjoy hanging out with family. \u00a0And when the kids come over, I stop everything so I can play with them. \u00a0My dreams are for them to enjoy the ocean just as much as I do.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
