Round 1: \u00a0Bowls looked too small so we drove to the east side of the island and searched for bigger waves. \u00a0It was so beautiful to be in the wild ocean again.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Thanks to this hurricane, the waves were so good! \u00a0Mighty Mouse and I were the only ones surfing this powerful wave. \u00a0Clean water, lots of wildlife, and probably the biggest waves on the island today. \u00a0We scored!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I love it out here because the seabirds like to surf the waves too. \u00a0You’re riding a wave and a bird is weaving in and out of the swell. \u00a0It’s pretty cool to experience. \u00a0Watching that made me want to foil again so I can feel just like a bird.<\/p>\n

They will come directly straight for you and do a slight turn just before hitting you in the face. \u00a0You can see their eyes looking right at you.<\/p>\n

Round 2: \u00a0Back to the south shore. \u00a0OMG, it was supposed to rain all day today. \u00a0What rain? \u00a0It was blue sky and clear water. \u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

Ken-san catching some good waves today. \u00a0It’s always so inspiring to surf with surfers older than me. \u00a0It makes me want to keep on surfing forever. \"\"<\/p>\n

Mai-chan surfed for the very first time in her life and she stood up on her very first wave. \u00a0Perfect style and smiling the whole way. \u00a0Amazing!<\/p>\n
