{"id":19668,"date":"2012-07-03T05:09:34","date_gmt":"2012-07-02T20:09:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=19668"},"modified":"2012-07-03T05:09:34","modified_gmt":"2012-07-02T20:09:34","slug":"okinawa-in-hawaiijason-mraz-in-hawaiiyoutube-in-hawaii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=19668","title":{"rendered":"Okinawa in Hawaii\/Jason Mraz in Hawaii\/YouTube in Hawaii."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?attachment_id=19669\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19669\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/photo-12.jpg\" alt=\"photo 1\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-19669\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ni met the coolest surfer guy from okinawa yesterday.  his name is Musashi-san and he loves to surf.  his first time to hawaii so i take him to the best spot on the island yesterday.  after his second wave, he told me, &#8220;that was the longest wave of my life!&#8221;  then he caught 10 longer waves after that.  the best part of my job is when somebody paddles back out with the biggest smile on his face.  that&#8217;s surfing.  that&#8217;s life.  that&#8217;s all that matters.  today, let&#8217;s do it again!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?attachment_id=19671\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19671\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/photo-32.jpg\" alt=\"photo 3\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium wp-image-19671\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nlast night we went to Jason Mraz live.  to tell you the truth, i wish he didn&#8217;t wait till the end to sing his best songs.  one of us actually fell asleep during the concert.  but once he sang &#8220;I&#8217;m Yours,&#8221;  nobody was sleeping!  a great artist with a great voice.  and of course, a surfer!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?attachment_id=19670\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19670\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/photo-22.jpg\" alt=\"photo 2\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium wp-image-19670\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ndavid yi from southern california sent me an email about 4 years ago telling me about a surfer musician named jason mraz.  he even sent me a cd because his music wasn&#8217;t famous at that time.  david told me &#8220;this guy is going to get famous!&#8221;  he was right.  millions of people around the world love his music, including me.  thanks david!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?attachment_id=19672\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19672\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/photo-4.jpg\" alt=\"photo 4\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium alignnone size-medium wp-image-19672\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nafter i walked out of the front row of the concert, i seen a lot of people in the park outside listing to the music for free.  it reminded me of my high school days when we all sat outside and listened to C&amp;K and Kalapana.  we couldn&#8217;t afford to buy a ticket so that&#8217;s what we had to do.  the next concert at the waikiki shell, i&#8217;m siting outside just for the old times sake.<br \/>\nbig swell coming 4th of july.  i think it&#8217;s time for a youtube video.  what about you?
