\nabout once a month, i crave hawaiian food. and the staple to hawaiian food is poi. i love it! gives me energy, and makes me fat.

\na couple more things happened to me yesterday. i went to ala moana shopping center to pick up a modem for internet connection for my friends condo. i couldn’t believe how long the line was!!! there were about 50 people waiting and only 2 girls working. what’s going on? so i ask, “hey, i just came here to pick up an internet modem.” the lady says, “pick a number and wait your turn.”

\ni pick my number, it was 57. then i look at the number counter and it was only on 17. what? the lady said i have about a 2 hour wait so please stay close by because if they call my number and i wasn’t there, they would skip my turn. OMG! who has time to wait in lines? not me. i left and internet will just have to wait for now.

\nthen another thing happened yesterday. i went to visit my wonderful friend Yoko-chan and her new baby. that went great as Yoko-chan is so energetic and gives me power. i parked outside the hotel, then when i came back, i noticed they were doing construction right above my car. what?

\nthere were little rocks everywhere on my car. i couldn’t believe it. it fell from high up and i’m sure there are little dents everywhere. after i wash it, i’m going to look at it closely, then yell at the hotel manager. what are they thinking????? it amazes me how some people don’t think before they do things.

\na ferry in hong kong sinks and over 38 people die. OMG.

\nwanted to congratulate kyle nakamoto for spearing a big yellowfin tuna in mexico. and get this, it was on his birthday! kyle and i have the same birthday and while he was spearing fish, i was surfing. i guess none of us can complain. happy birthday kyle.
