{"id":34622,"date":"2013-05-27T13:32:52","date_gmt":"2013-05-27T04:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=34622"},"modified":"2013-05-27T13:32:52","modified_gmt":"2013-05-27T04:32:52","slug":"rockpiles-to-bowls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=34622","title":{"rendered":"Rockpiles to Bowls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>wow, it was another perfect day here in hawaii!  took the little girls surfing today and i was so happy to see them riding bigger and bigger waves.  it&#8217;s all about getting comfortable in the ocean so when the freak set comes, they are prepared.  today a huge freak set came so i told them to turn around, paddle, and hold on.  haha.  they both rode it all the way to the beach.  kind of dangerous, but fun!<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9249-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9249-copy.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9249 copy\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-34623\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nit&#8217;s been a long time since i took photos.  so being such a beautiful day, my 100-400mm lens was the call.  this is from rockpiles looking over to magic island where the local motion surf into summer contest was on.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9239-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9239-copy.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9239 copy\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-34624\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthe waves were still perfect.  and it&#8217;s the 11th day of the swell.  one kid was standing out, this is Noah Mizuno pulling an air.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9247-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9247-copy.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9247 copy\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-34625\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nwith the incoming tide and off shore winds, every wave was barreling.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9262-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/IMG_9262-copy.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9262 copy\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-34626\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthen i was shooting some friends surfing perfect rock pile lefts.
