{"id":3697,"date":"2010-08-26T06:15:52","date_gmt":"2010-08-25T21:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori3.sakura.ne.jp\/kirbyfukunaga\/2010\/08\/26\/hts-score-or-lucky\/"},"modified":"2010-08-26T06:15:52","modified_gmt":"2010-08-25T21:15:52","slug":"hts-score-or-lucky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=3697","title":{"rendered":"HT&#039;s Score or Lucky?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>good morning. been getting a lot of emails and comments about the mentawai&#8217;s.  first of all, the waves aren&#8217;t good everyday.  the last 2 years, we actually scored and i mean scored.  last year we surfed it i heard was the best day of 2009 and this year in 2010, i can&#8217;t imagine the waves getting any better.  so don&#8217;t book a trip to the mentawai&#8217;s and expect to score.  you have to go there on the right swell direction, right wind direction, and right tide.  and guess what?  i know exactly when to pull up there because i kept the swell charts from last year and this year.<br \/>\nafter the good swell, we were boating around surfing other spots talking to other surfers about the big day.  some guys were really bummed when i told them how good it was.  one aussie guy didn&#8217;t believe me and told his mates that there was no way it was that big.  well aussie, i couldn&#8217;t care less if you believe me or not.  we know what we got and that&#8217;s all that matters.<br \/>\nanyway, check out the past 2 years we scored.  and keep in mind that we were surfing when it was epic.  so the video i took was when the waves were good, but not as good as when we were out there.<br \/>\n<font color=\"red\">2009 FIRST SWELL&#8230;.<br \/>\n<\/font><br \/>\n<font color=\"red\">2010 FIRST SWELL&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/font><br \/>\n<font color=\"red\">2011?
