 i really wanted to surf a typhoon in japan this week but instead, came back to hawaii.  i had no clue but there is a mini typhoon coming!  it&#8217;s been 20 years since we got a storm like this so everybody is going to panic!  for me, i&#8217;m going to surf it!  the swell and winds are going to be tricky but if you know where to go, you will score.  i already have a few places in mind.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-130.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-130.jpg\" alt=\"photo 1\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-37048\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ni drove to bowls this morning and was expecting it to be flat.  then i seen some swell coming so i decided to surf the biggest spot on the south shore today, which was kewalo&#8217;s.  the waves were super good and i had a super great time!<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-324.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-324.jpg\" alt=\"photo 3\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-37045\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nno rainbows in mexico.  i am so glad to be back home.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-228.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-228.jpg\" alt=\"photo 2\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-37049\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ni got out of the water and drove home before the sun even came over the mountains.  the jetlag got me up and 4am and i just drove to the beach in the dark.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-417.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-417.jpg\" alt=\"photo 4\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-37046\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthis is Flossie!  look how big it is compared to our islands.  winds over 50mph expected and waves over 20&#8242; faces.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-510.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-510.jpg\" alt=\"photo 5\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37047\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthis storm is going to roll over hawaii!
