good morning. the other night, our red sea adventure travel group got together for dinner. there’s 12 of us that are going to board the boat and sail from kupang all the way to sumba. we’ll cover thousands of miles and surf secluded spots. 5 of us have been there before so we know what to expect. the other 7 are going into this pretty much blind. it’s going to be an adventure for them. i know that because it was really an adventure for me 2 years ago when i went there. i thought i know what to expect but i was wrong….

\ni wasn’t expecting waves like this? and i wasn’t expecting to surf these kind of waves with 2 other guys out, and i wasn’t expecting to pick so many rare shells, and i wasn’t expecting to get the longest backside barrel of my life, and i wasn’t expecting to spear the biggest fish in my life. this year is going to be another adventure for all of us and i can’t wait. but first, i have okinawa. i know exactly what to expect. both at the beach, and at hard reef. i’m more than half way there. see you in a few hours…

\nFirst of all, thank you so much for your email and for all the support for Go-Naminori.
\nSecond, I’m really sorry I won’t be able to be in Hawaii to guide you into waves. I’m glad you understand my job as most people don’t. Please send me a direct email before you come to Hawaii and I’ll tell you where the best spot to surf at the best time. That’s the least I can do.
\nThird, I’m really really sorry about what happened at the Go-Naminori Party. I can’t believe Enoshima Bowl gave you the wrong information and turned you away. I am really upset at that and am glad you told me what happened. I will look further into it because it probably happened to more people and that’s not what the party was all about. The party was for EVERYBODY!! I just want to say thank you so much coming all the way from Aichi-ken. Next year, I’m putting you on the SPECIAL VIP LIST and will take care of you all night. Sorry about that again…
\nLast, I want to wish you a wonderful trip to Hawaii next week. I hope you get good waves and hope you SURF YOUR DREAM!
