\nwow! what another beautiful surfing day here in hawaii. went to pick up Satoko-san early morning, paddled out at sunrise, and surfed for 3 solid hours! long rides, calm sea, and big smiles!

\nSatoko-san likes nature places so in the ocean was the place to be today. there was the biggest double rainbow all morning long. it lasted for 2 hours and it was so cool surfing into the rainbow.

\nafter a long session, we needed to refuel with some protein power. so off to my favorite prime rib plate lunch on the island. Satoko-san couldn’t believe how big her piece of meat was. haha.

\nif you eat, you must exercise. so we went snorkeling off the cliffs on the south\/east side of oahu. a lot of fishermen lose their tackle to the reef so i was just diving down collecting the rubbish to get it out of the ocean. i even found a colorful ball.
