good morning. 5:15am and the waves should be epic again today. north shore looks 3-5′ and should be clean all day with these light trade winds. town still has some waist high waves and the south swell is all about gone. it’s pitch dark but i’m out of here…. have a safe and nice happy day…. and please don’t remind me about losing my camera. my eyes are still puffy…. \nbeen hearing so much about umeke market near kahala mall. it’s an organic natural food and deli store. yesterday was the first time i went there so i was pretty curious. right when i walked in, i felt healthy. weird yeah? yeah, weird….

\nwhen i saw this sign of Detox Cleanse Soup, i asked the lady what it was. she told me that it cleanses your body out. it’s a good detox for stress, eating too much sugar, and poor eating habits. i asked her if it will help me with my bad luck and she laughed. i didn’t think that was funny at all… anyway, there is a lot of ginger and garlic in the soup and it tastes pretty good…. and at only $2.50, it was worth a try…

\ni also ordered the organic black bean squash stew with brown rice. that was really good. i guess umeke market will see more of me….
