good morning. gosh, i’m glad to be back in hawaii. it’s warm and nothing beats walking around all day with a tshirt, shorts, and slippers. japan was just too cold for me. the 4 days i was there, i was freezing 24 hours\/day. somebody told me it’s been 72 years since it’s been that cold in october? 10 degrees is crazy….

\nwell, i got to be the first one to catch the new japan airlines international flight from haneda to honolulu. and when i mean first one, i mean first one because i walked up to the line, i flashed the girl my vip card, and she let me right in. first in the gate, first in the airplane, and first in my seat. that was pretty cool. and i still can’t believe the JAL first class lounge. i wish i can live in there. free beer? free food? free jacksan? and free shower? can’t beat that. i felt like a king. took some great video of the airport and even have a blooper of me spilling a full beer in the brand new jal lounge. good thing i can’t speak japanese. haha…

\nstraight off the plane, i went home to grab my surfboard and surfed from 2 pm to dark. i checked everywhere but waikiki was the best. why? because there was a little left sandbar that was breaking so perfect. warm water, off shore, and super fun!! 4 hour didn’t seem enough….
