\ntoday was another awesome day. Angela Vernon has been telling me about her dream for so many years. she wanted to bring Ocean’s Love to Hawaii and it finally happened! i couldn’t believe how happy the kids were to surf, and i couldn’t believe how many volunteers came out to help. it was such an awesome day and i’m super happy to have been part of something so special. i have to download more photos and will talk more about this awesome day tomorrow.

\nthe sunset was amazing today. it was so good to finally see the sun peaking out of the clouds!

\nmy brother and his friend Rod have been working on Mayuki. the weather finally cooperated so they got a lot of things done today. they worked really hard, then it was hawaiian style pupu time. Hayato Maki and Hideyoshi Tanaka came by to join us for some beers. it was pretty cool hanging out with friends and talking story from afternoon to night.

\nand of course we had to take a test ride to see if everything was working ok. just a few more days and everything will be perfect! i can’t wait!
