Eiji-san and Tazuko-san are very energetic ocean people.  very strong paddlers and very good surfers.  i was so happy to see them catch so many good waves.  tomorrow we will surf again and check out this beautiful island.  good night and looking forward to tomorrow!<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-120.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-120.jpg\" alt=\"photo 1\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-43520\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nate at my favorite sushi restaurant last night.  i swear every time i walk into there, i feel like i just walked into japan.  and every time i leave, i feel so fortunate to have such good friends taking me there all the time.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-218.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-218.jpg\" alt=\"photo 2\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-43521\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthis morning as i was driving down waikiki, i was looking at all the new shops.  then i seen some people actually sleeping on the streets.  then i was thinking how expensive it became to live here in hawaii.  there is a new affordable condo building going up on south street.  what is affordable?  small condos starting at $365-$550K?  are you serious?  $550,000 is affordable?  omg, my grandpa was the smartest man buying property in hawaii 70 years ago.  if it wasn&#8217;t for him, i&#8217;d be homeless too.  and i&#8217;m not joking.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-315.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-315.jpg\" alt=\"photo 3\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-43522\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ni never ever make fun of homeless because i actually have friends that are homeless.  i also have friends that had to move to the mainland because it cost too much to live in hawaii.  it&#8217;s getting sad seeing normal working people living on the streets.  this is something you will never see on the news.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSCN2967.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/DSCN2967.jpg\" alt=\"DSCN2967\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-43524\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nwas so stoked to see Wakita&#8217;s kids surfing in town.  these 2 kids are so cute!  and i&#8217;m sure they will follow their fathers footsteps and become very famous surfers.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-59.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/photo-59.jpg\" alt=\"photo 5\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-43525\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ngot some goodies from Kelia.  cool!  if you want a sticker, send me an email and i&#8217;ll send one to you.  but remember, i&#8217;m only giving one away so better hurry up.  good night. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>i had a great time this morning with the Ichikawa-san couple.
