\nwow, i had an amazing time with Mr. and Mrs. Takashima today. two honeymooners on their first trip to hawaii. Yo-san’s been surfing for a year, and Rika-san surfed for her first time today. i was so stoked to see them riding so many waves. we surfed, went to teddy’s hamburger, whole foods, anno ki nano ki wakarani no ki, kamehameha statue, patagonia, stable, waiola shave ice, and surfed again. two very energetic surfers that kept going and going. want to thank Sadamori-san at Frenzy surf in okayama for sending me this lovely couple. long but very happy and satisfying day! and if you seen their smiles, you would know what i mean.

\nthey wanted to eat a hamburger so i took them to the juiciest hamburger in town, Teddy’s.

\nthen we drove around and went shopping.

\ni see this magazine all over the place. Makai magazine features hawaiian watermen and waterwomen.

\nwas stoked to see my friend Brandon’s Travel Hale. yeah, he put a lot of work into his dream project and it’s like a luxury house on wheels.

\nwas also happy to see my sister Tammy Moniz in there too.

\nand my nephews Joshua and Seth Moniz too.

\nthe Hawaii Fish and Dive Expo is happening on september 20th and 21st 2014. i hope i’ll be here because i really want to check it out.
