OMG, i ask “what are you doing!!!” it’s a hawaiian thing to grill the ahi belly. well, in japan, the o’toro is the best part of the tuna and also the most expensive. a japanese chef would have a heart attack if he seen that. haha. i stopped my sister before she salted the last piece of toro and we ate it sashimi style. oishikatta!
