\nyesterday had another amazing morning dawn patrol session! feels so good to wake up and start off a beautiful day in the ocean. no wind, nice waves, few people, and glassy conditions. we scored again!

\npaddling out to the full super moon 2 days in a row. nowhere else i’d rather be.

\nour endless summer continues. get ready for a big south swell starting sunday!

\ni’m going to indo soon so i wanted to check out the forecast. i’m going next week so will miss this mega swell. OMG! 20-29′? 5-6 times overhead? i wish i could be there but the following week looks promising too.

\ncame home and took my nephew for walk. we went around the block smelling flowers. he was so happy to be able to smell something so sweet.

\nlast night was another amazing dinner. check out the ikura we ate. it’s the seasons first batch and it was the best ikura i’ve eaten in my life.

\nthen the sushi chef says “here is blue fin otoro “fatty tuna” from aomori. i asked “which part of aomori?” he says “Ohma.” Oh Ma Gosh! i’ve always wanted to try tuna from Ohma!

\nhere is the paper that comes with the tuna. the kanji reads “Ohma.” it was the best of the best and it tasted so good melting in my mouth.

\nand once again, here comes the ishinomaki uni. eating it reminds me of ishinomaki rebuilding strong. it makes me so happy!
