\nhappy birthday Reid! you are a lucky man with a nice cake and a super cool wife. a great year ahead to you! let’s get some good waves and grab some big tako! and please don’t talk to me about tiger sharks anymore because we all know they are swimming right under us all the time. haha.

\nyesterday was probably the most beautiful day of the year in hawaii. clean air, cool wind, blue sky, sunny sun, and lot’s of smiles.

\nsurfed with Kei-san and Ikuko-san for the 2nd time this week. i was surprised how good Ikuko-san got so fast! a cool couple from sapporo enjoying the warm hawaiian weather!

\nafter catching so many waves, we were so hungry! so it was off to Your Kitchen on 10th Avenue for the pork bowl! omg, it was so good!

\nlocal surfer style in hawaii. surf, eat, surf!

\nthen we went to get some dessert. Bubbie’s is my favorite! it just opened at 12pm and there was already a line!
